2781497 - Fields 'Start Date for Period of Performance' and 'End Date for Period of Performance' in PO with material of Product type 'service'

Whenever a PO is created with material of product type 2 SERV, the field 'Start Date for Period of Performance' (and the field 'End Date for Period of Performance') copied from PR and even if you try to change or delete these fields, system resets back to the original date from the PR.
