Symptom

The Build fails in SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA and the following error is constantly shown in the di-local-npm-registry.log file:

"ERR Please check state of app 'di-local-npm-registry' [Org 'XX', Space 'SAP'] (droplet with id 4 of app 'di-local-npm-registry' [Org 'XX', Space 'SAP'] created by buildpack 'sap_nodejs_buildpack') as the portion of uptime 0.00 is below critical threshold."
