2781776 - How to Add Job Profile to Form Template

After custom font is uploaded to ADS, it is expected to add Job Profiles to relevant form template. This document explains the steps to perform this action.

SAP Business ByDesign

Pre-requisite*: 

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Click on Business Flexibility view.
3. Then select on Form Template Maintanance.
4. Open Advanced Filter.
5. Under Template Group, select Customer Invoice as example.
6. Click on Go.
7. Click on your user-> Key user settings-> Start adaptation mode.
8. Under Adptation, make Job Profile Name visible.

*You can skip this steps if the field Job Profile Name is already visible.

Assign Job Profile Name:

• Select form template.
• Click on Actions and then Assign Job Profile.

• Enter Custom/Print/always_embed_fonts.
• Publish the form template.

Note: Custom/Print/always_embed_fonts is case sensitive
