SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions


Goals of candidates are not appearing in New Hire Goal Plan because they are not yet processed completely via Manage Pending Hires or OnStartDateStatusChange job.


For Live Customer(s)

The candidate was not yet processed in Manage Pending Hires (Customer's with Employee Central) and OnStartDateStatusChange (Customer's without Employee Central).

If the candidate's OnboardingCandidateInfo's "hired" field is equals to No and "userId" is blank, the behavior is expected where Goal/Objective is not synced to New Hire Goal Plan. The candidate must have the field "hired" equals to Yes in OnboardingCandidateInfo object, this means that the user was hired already.

Hired = No Hired = Yes
