2781962 - Text Field Character Limit in Mobile for Goals Management

Symptom

  • In the SuccessFactors web application, the system has a 4000 character limit text in "textarea" fields (e.g. Comments, Description). However, on mobile, the character limit is 255 for text fields.
  • When editing the text with more than 255 character, entered in the web application, on mobile is truncated, the text shows incomplete - only in edit mode.
