A tile is missing in Fiori Launchpad but visible in Fiori Designer.
When the corresponding Web Dynpro application is accessed directly ( for example: https://mySite.com/sap/bc/ui2/flp?sap-client=100&sap-language=EN&appState=lean#SupplierEvalQuestionLibrary-manage?sap-ui-tech-hint=WDA ), an error pops up:
App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.
Failed to resolve navigation target "#SupplierEvalQuestionLibrary-manage?sap-ui-tech-hint=WDA". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori Launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment.
