OnStartDate Job got a modification in the candidate profile (e.g. Candidate finished onboarding).

This is an Expected Behavior, with the pre-day1 flag feature enable, the system creates a temporary user for the candidate which have access to BizX instance before day 1, if any modification is done for this candidate in BizX, the OnStartDate Job will get this modification and consider the candidate as a full user, and will blank out the IsOnboardingUser flag, and the temporary user will be converted into permanent user and status is changed to "hired".
