2782255 - Parameters 'admin_email' and 'organization_slug' have to be passed - Error creating Conversational AI instance on CF

Symptom

When trying to create an instance of the Conversational AI service on Cloud Foundry, you get the following message:

Unable to create service instance. We are sorry, but we have encountered an internal error. If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.Service broker error: Parameters `admin_email` and `organization_slug` have to be passed. `admin_email` should be the email address of your existing Conversational AI user account, `organization_name` the name of the organization you want to enable for productive use. For more information, please have a look at the documentation.
