Symptom
- The Email notifications from Workflow after its approval upon changes made(Insert new Record / Edit the existing record) to a Position Object on Manage Positions read Event / Event Reason placeholders as : Insert Position, Correct Position etc.
- However, they are not a part of existing Event picklist or Event Reason values.
- How does the system pick these values up? Can this be modified?

Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Manage Positions, Insert a new effective dated record on an Existing position
- Make changes to the position fields and save the transaction so that a Workflow gets Triggered
- Once the Workflow is approved, an Email is triggered to the Participants as below :
Cause
This is an Expected Behavior.
Resolution
- The tag is comprised of the Action and Object for MDF objects such as Position.
- The tag will show either Create Position or Insert Position based on the action performed.
- This is currently not configurable, as the action is pulled from a hardcoded list.
