• How to add Forms conditions either in Reference File> Forms or in Settings > PDF Forms?
• Do not want form to trigger for certain New Hires?
• How to add a Key as advanced condition?

• Please group the conditions by "or" as whenever the first condition is true system will disregard anything after the "or"
