Learning Administrator needs to verify which libraries are associated with user, items, or classes.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

USERS

• Navigate to Learning Administration > People > Users 
• Search for the desired user 
• Open the user's record 
• Clink on the "Library Access" tab.

ITEMS

• Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items 
• Search for the desired item 
• Open the item's record 
• Click the "Libraries" tab.

CLASSES

• Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes 
• Search for the desired class 
• Open the class's record 
• Click the "Libraries" tab.
