Learning administrator needs to verify which libraries are associated with items, users or classes.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

  • USERS
  1. Navigate to Learning Administration > People > Users >
  2. Search for the desired user >
  3. Open the user's record >
  4. Clink on the "Library Access" tab.
  • ITEMS
  1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items >
  2. Search for the desired item >
  3. Open the item's record >
  4. Click the "Libraries" tab.
  • CLASSES
  1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes >
  2. Search for the desired class >
  3. Open the class's record >
  4. Click the "Libraries" tab.
