SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
During install or upgrade process, you find an undefined error in the log. The last step is reported as:
finished with status TST_ERROR
This has been reported in the dscdb6up -create step as well as during the checkTableorg.sql run, but may be possible in other portions of the run. The message showing the TST_ERROR should also be showing the relevant output log which will then show the following error:
Exception. DETAILS: Technical exception description: Error while setting effective user to 0.
Unable to change user. ID: 0. Operation not permitted
