2782471 - You Can't Share a Custom Search Query to Every User

You have created the custom search query ABC (where ABC stands for your custom query) in a Business Document（for example Sales Order）through the Adaptation Mode.

You expect that the same custom search query ABC can be shared to every user.

Situation 1:

1. Click Key User Settings > Start Adaptation Mode
2. Go to the Sales Order work center, create a New Sales Order
3. Click View all button, navigate to Involved Parties tab, in a row of Freight Forwarder, choose the selection
4. Open Advanced Filter, enter Party ID: DEF (where DEF stands for Party ID you have selected)
5. Then, Save Query and Rename as "ABC".
6. Change another user to logon the system, you can't find the custom search query ABC.

Situation 2:

1. Click Key User Settings > Start Adaptation Mode
2. Go to the Sales work center, open Sales Order view
3. Open Advanced Filter, enter Sales Order ID: GHI (where DEF stands for Sales Order ID you have selected)
4. Then, Save Query and Rename as "abc".
5. Change another user to logon the system, you can't find the custom search query abc.

This is current system design.

You can only create the custom query for the current user.
