2783616 - Onboarding Multi Panel - CurrentNumber Key

• Customer is using multi panels within Onboarding
• Customer has the same multi panel names in multiple Onboarding process steps
• After completing first set of multi panels, user proceeds to next step and they are shown the last completed multi panel instead of first multi panel

 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete step containing multi panels
2. Proceed to next step which has multi panel of the same name
3. User is shown the  last value entered within the multi panel and not the first
4. If the user goes back to a previous panel they are then shown the previous multi panels

Key configuration. When using multi panels, Onboarding utilizes a key containing the work CurrentNumber (e.g. Education_CurrentNumber)

1. Navigate to Super Admin
2. Processes
3. Select step of the ONB process you utilize. This will be the step that contains the multi panel that has the same panel name as the previous step.
4. Assign Action -> Add Action
5. Name = Set HRData Key, Execution
6. Type = On Start
7. Parameters -> Example Key = Education_CurrentNumber
8. Value = 1
9. This key dictates the current number that the multi panel is on. When we start the 3rd step, its value is 2 meaning that 2 panels were completed for Dependents within the NES. As the value is 2, it means that when I navigate through the 3rd step the 2nd panel is shown, skipping the 1st multi panel. By utilizing this new action the value will be set back to 1 at the start of the 3rd step meaning you will not have the first value in the multi panel skipped.
