2783645 - Saving note failed error message appears when submitting a request with note as an approver.

Symptom

You try to submit an Access Request as an approver that contains a comment.

The request will be submitted, but you will see the error message, that 'Saving note failed'.

If you reopen the request, you can see that the comment which has been added before the submission, has not been saved.

Environment

GRC Access Control 10.0, 10.1 and 12.0 - Access Request (ARQ)
