2783664 - Prevent a Recruiting User Moving an Applicant into a Certain Pipeline Status

How can I stop a recruiting user from moving an applicant into a particular status of the pipeline, without also removing their visibility to that status?

1. In Edit Applicant Status Configuration you will need to enable "Visible to" for the user to view the status and "Selectable by" for the user move applicants into that status.
   
   
2. In order to prevent a user moving an applicant without revoking visibility for that status, you will have to disable "Selectable By" for the particular status.

Please note that there is no feature that would prevent a recruiting operator from moving an applicant from a disqualified status to another status, as long as the recruiting operator has the permission to do so. The permission to select a specific status is configured in Edit Applicant Status Configuration > Status > Selectable By. For example, if the Offer Created status is selectable by recruiters, then they can move the applicant from the disqualification status to the Offer Created status
