Symptom

During the activation or consistency checking of a newly created solution in the Solution Builder (transaction /SMB/BBI) there is an error raised similar to:

Cannot resolve reference <ParameterName>(<TDCID>,<GUID>) in file <InstallationFileName>.TXT variant <GUID>= parameter <ParameterName>

Message no. /SMB/TRANSP_INFRA447

Centraldata file is not uploaded

Message no. /SMB/BB_BUILDER000

Cannot get filename of TDC XYZ

Message no. /SMB/BB_BUILDER000
