Symptom

In SAP Cloud Platform Neo(SCP) after downloading the SAML 2.0 Service Provider's (SP) Metadata XML you can see the following properties:

AuthnRequestsSigned="true"
WantAuthnRequestsSigned="true"

Due to your company's Identity Provider solution you want the values of these properties to be changed.
