2783967 - Sales Target Report Shows no Sales Order Net Values for Sales Plans

You are using the report Sales Targets for Incoming and Invoiced Orders (Manager) (technical ID CRMSTPU01_Q0005) and you notice that the Net Value key figures show no data, or the values are not assigned to the sales target plan.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the work center Business Analytics, view Design Reports.
  2. Search for Sales Targets for Incoming and Invoiced Orders (Manager) and open it.
  3. Make the required changes to the selection and view.
  4. The key figures Net Value (Invoiced Sales Orders) and Net Value (Incoming Sales Orders).

They show 0 for every sales plan. However they show a value where a plan is # (unassigned).

The underlying data source Sales Target Setting (CRMSTPU01) is a combined data source. The sales order net values are not directly linked to the sales target plan, and hence they are pulled from 2 different data sources. This is the reason why the net values are not assigned to the plan.

This is the correct behaviour. If you would like to see both the plan as well as the net values, you can avoid setting a variable on the plan in the selection. This way, the net values will not be filtered out.
