2784061 - Connection from C4C to MS Exchange WAP Server failed using server-side groupware integration

Symptom

Customer cannot establish connection from their C4C Tenant (using server-side groupware integration) to MS Exchange WAP Server. One or both of the following Errors appear:

  • "Users' Exchange Impersonated Access failed because the impersonating account could not access the user's accounts."
  • "ISA-097: Incomplete Exchange Impersonation Configuration: Unsupported User Impersonation Type."
