2784187 - Limitation for Defining Rules for Survey Product Classification

Symptom

You want to define rules for Product classification for Surveys but it is not possible to create more than 10,000 rules.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator workcenter.
  2. Go to Sales and Campaign Settings view.
  3. Under Work Distribution , select 'Define Rules for Survey Product Classification'.
  4. Create the Rules here.

The system does not allow you to create more than 10,000 rules.

Cause

This is the expected system behavior.On the UI, there is a limit of 10,000 rules that can be maintained.

Resolution

If the rules are more than 10,000 you will have to use Excel import/export functionality to maintain the rules.
