2784391 - ERROR #5022 failed to start the SQT thread; How to recover from partition loss - SRS

Symptom

  • In the SAP Replication Server (SRS) errorlog, the following message is reported after loss of partition files:

ERROR #5022 DSI(178 DS.DB) - dsisched.c(1062)Replication Server internal error: failed to start the SQT thread for the database 'DS.DB'. 
Please call Sybase Technical Support.

  • Restarting SAP Replication Server does not correct the problem.
