2784426 - Short Description is empty for table SYST

You installed Traditional Chinese language (ZF) in the system.
When log on to the system with language ZF, and run the transaction SE11, the short description of all fields in table SYST are empty.
But the texts exist and are shown correctly when log on with the language EN and ZH.
