Symptom

  • In IT Declaration request, employee is unable to delete the request which was submitted.
  • Employee has submitted the request and it got auto approved. How to delete the request so that employee can resubmit the entries again with correct details?
  • Auto approved income tax declaration requests cannot be deleted by the employee
  • Employee needs to correct IT Declaration after submission but cannot delete/withdraw it.
  • Unable to modify or resubmit IT Declaration after initial submission in ESS.
  • Employee wants to cancel a declared investment but cannot remove it from the ESS portal.
