2784833 - Defining Assessment Integration without email notification - Recruiting Management

Is there any way to define the Assessment Integration without setting up an email notification and template?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access a Job Requisition with Assessment Integration with a vendor;
2. Go to the Assessment Information section of the requisition;
3. You will find 4 fields:
1. Status;
2. Vendor;
3. Assessment;
4. Email Template;

Those fields are not controlled and they are all part of the Assessment functionality, which is are all required for the assessment to work, and will appear as the field id="assessment" is defined on the Job Requisition template.

There is no way to configure the assessment without the email notification being sent.

The requirement or not requirement of the fields under the assessment is something that we are not able to control on the screen, which means that every time you set up an Assessment for a status with a vendor you will be required to fill out all the fields present in the assessment section.
