2784838 - Database dumps with no issues / but load fails with error - SAP ASE

• Dumps are generated with no errors reported. 
• When trying to load the dumps, it fails:
  
  It is only after the load has successfully started.

• Loads also fail without any compression:

• These errors are repeated for several files.  However, there is nothing wrong with the files.  They have been checked and double checked.

• Check sysusages - and they match on both systems.
