2784884 - Cloud Print Manager Error: Cannot Decrypt Credentials Please Input Username and Password Again

You have installed SAP Cloud Print Manager, however the application is showing the error message:

“Cannot decrypt credentials, please input username and password again!”

This error message will appear when the PRT user is not configured with the correct credentials.

Please do the following steps to configure the user credentials again:

1. Open Cloud Print Manager application (run as administrator).
2. Right click on the runtime system (myXXXXXX.sapbydesign.com) and select Edit.
3. Type the PRT user associated with the print queue.
4. Type the password associated with the proper PRT user.
5. Click OK.

The application will test the connection with the system. If it fails, the credentials are incorrect, then you should check the password configured for this specific PRT user.
