1. Go to any user job Job Information
2. Select any Picklist field type
3. Save result: Example errorId=be7831e1-ec87-4f71-bbcb-92b95491f3bf.

1. Go To Options->Change Languages
2. Select: 
3. Result: No Language has been selected

Step 1: PicklistValue object Visibility

1. Go to configure object definition->select PicklistValue object
2. Change visibility for optionId field from Not Visible to READ_ONLY
3. Save object definition

Step 2: Select Language

1. Go To Options->Change Languages
2. Select: English UK (English UK)  or English US (English US)
