How to hide "Effective Start Date" and "Eligibility Valid Till" in Eligibility of Advances portlet?

The requirement to hide certain fields (Example -  "Effective Start Date", "Eligibility Valid Till") is not currently supported. The Product Management has confirmed that this is an enhancement. Currently the Enhancement has no fix date as it is currently in discussion. You can track the release of this Enhancement by checking the release notes in each release for BEN-860.
