Maintain permission is not correctly assigned for sub folder in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.8.2

1. Create a new folder Folder_A in Public folder.
2. Share this folder to User A with full control and make sure Apply to sub folders and files option is checked.
3. Create a sub folder Folder_B in Folder_A
4. Share Folder_B and check the access assigned to User A, the Maintain permission is unchecked automatically.
5. Use User A to open one story in Folder_B and try to import data, the import option is enabled.
6. Go back to share setting for Folder_B, check Maintain permission for User A and then uncheck it again manually.
7. Use User A to open the story in Folder_B again, no the import data option is disabled.

The issue is caused by product bug.

The issue has been fixed in 2019.12 version.
