SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

In the Performance-Potential Summary section of a Performance form, the Matrix Grid Box Colours are displaying two shades of colour per 9-Box:

• If the labels defined for the Y-axis are too long, the gradient height is not adjusted.
• If the labels are shorter, then only one colour will be displayed per 9-Box:

To find the scale used on the Y-axis, go to Admin Center > Matrix Grid Reports: Performance-Potential

To adjust the labels, go to Admin Center > Matrix Grid Rating Scales

Select the scale used in the Y-axis and change the labels as required:
