1. Logon to BizX
2. Manage Pending hires
3. View candidates with yellow exclamation mark and this warning message.
4. "This image identifies candidates who may have inconsistent data between Recruiting and Onboarding. Please see Execution Manager for more details."

Changed data in RCM was not updated in Onboarding

1. If you take a look the OCI for the candidate you will see that this field is set to yes failedSEBEventsOccured Yes below explains what that means.
2. This field is default set to false and would be set to yes when ONB is not able to process RCM common update SEB events
   (like some field values changes in RCM could be candidate details - First Name, Last Name or Job Requisition related like Hiring Manager etc.)
   due to some business exceptions. 
3. Is there any knock on affects to the candidates Onboarding?
4. It would not impact onboarding but there might be some data inconsistency between RCM and ONB. Apart from this if RCM event had a change,
   In hiring manager or fields which would trigger restart of onboarding process then in this case restart would have been not triggered.
   Apart from this there are no other impacts.
5. Is it necessary for the value to be "No" - can we modify this value without exporting the OCI?
6. No not required to change this field, and also this value should not be changed manually.
