When selecting a template on Recruiting Subscriber Settings on any event and application error splashes on the screen with the fingerprint: b339ef69afc132dd0a63d9ad9b60366c730a600f

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Manage Recruiting Settings;

1. Access the instance;
2. Search for Manage Recruiting Settings;
3. Scroll down until you find Recruiting Subscriber Settings;
4. Click on any event and select the template. An application error will occur:
   

This happens because when you select a template the system loads the operators for you to select, and if you have an miss configuration on the operators, the error will occur.

To resolve this, check the configuration of your operators on the instance, that will be all fields defined in the template with the type="operator". If you have a custom one that does not exist, or a standard one with invalid values, the system will present you this error.

After resolving it, when you select the template you will see that the error will no longer occur, and the system will load the list of operators for you to choose:
