2785289 - Error running a Cross Domain report of Succession MDF schema - Ad Hoc Reporting

• Some users are receiving the error message "org.eclipse.birt" while running a cross domain report of Succession MDF schema (e.g. Succession By MDF Position)
• The same report is blank for some users
• An admin user can run the report without any issue

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The Relationship Scope is not matching any result from the system. The report may have the relationship 'Nominee User ID' - Inner Join - 'Incumbent User ID', which is not valid as per Succession module.

Change the Relationship Scope to match the same user from both domains e.g. 'Incumbent User ID' x 'Incumbent User ID'
