2785336 - Sales Quote Field Not Displaying Data in Lead Funnel Report

When running the standard report "Lead Funnel Report", you see there is no data displayed for characteristic field "Sales Quote" in report results.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics.
2. Go to the work center view Design Reports.
3. Search and open the report Lead Funnel Report.
4. Make sure the characteristics "Lead" and "Sales Quote" are included in the Rows pane.
5. Run the report.
6. There is no information displayed for the characteristic field "Sales Quote" in report results.

There are no sales quotes maintained on lead level. Therefore the field "Sales Quote" will reflect no data in Lead Funnel Report accordingly.

To cross check that you can open any lead for which no sales quote is displayed in the report, and from within the Lead screen go into Sales Quotes tab. You will see no records are found there.

In order to display the Sales Quote info in report results, the same must be maintained properly on lead level.

To reach the Lead screen, you can either use the Navigation Target from the report, by clicking on the relevant lead ID in the report results, or you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the work center Sales.
2. Go to the work center view Leads.
3. Search and open the relevant lead.
4. From within Lead screen, go to Sales Quotes.
5. Insert the relevant sales quote.
