2785738 - Profile and Layout sets are not available on the Transportation Cockpit start screen in SAP Transportation Management

Symptom

  • From TM 9.4, the Profile and Layouts sets can be assigned to a user and/or to a role in path Application Administration -> Planning -> Profile and Layout Sets -> Profile and Layout Set Management for Transportation Cockpit
  • In Profile and Layout Sets, a line is maintained and assigned to a User Role
  • Even though the user has this role, on the Transportation Cockpit start screen the saved Profile and Layout Set is not displayed
