2785845 - Agent is no longer able to fill/classify a script after performing a warm transfer


  • When agents are classifying a call and after transferring the call to another number, the script becomes grayed out and unavailable 
  • The above happens even when using Script Type = Interactive Script and making questions mandatory with any Opening Type like "When Contact Answered"
