Symptom

Application error in Manage Document Template Mapping with fingerprint - 68a51adfcd151ef99aa769cb3ac0b85c2b8c66db.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Document Generation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Document Template Mapping
  2. Map the tags
  3. Save

Result: Application error.

Cause

The document template created from Manage Document Template is corrupted.

Note that system does not supported multiple records inserted in same template, is recommended to edit the document template mapping by doing ˜Making Correction˜ instead of ˜Insert new record˜ as explained in guide.

Resolution

Navigate to Document Generation - Manage Document Template tool > Select Document Generation Template > Select the template for which you are getting error > Delete all tags and create the tags again OR create a new template from scratch.
