2786305 - Changes Made in a Test Instance are Reflected in a Production Instance - ONB

Symptom

  • The mapping changes made in a test system, between Onboarding to Employee Central, are appearing in production instance.
  • In a test instance, the integration between SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is effecting production.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboaring
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Resolution

  1. Go into mapped data review > ONB to EC auditing
  2. Compare the audit logs date between test instance and production instance
  3. If you do not see any audit logs date and time change with same time stamps between test and production, then there are no connections between the two instances.
  4. Validate whether or not your implementation partner or an another administrator has made changes in the production instance without your knowledge.
