Symptom

  • TM - EWM integration is being used
  • While finalizing the loading of a Freight Order, a loading instruction is sent from TM to EWM as an XML message
  • On the EWM side, the message hangs stating "Partner &1 in role &2 not found" despite the role being properly maintained
