SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
The Enterprise Manager does not start and in the EMService.log you will find the following:
"Launching a JVM...
Error: loading: <EM installation folder>\sapjvm_8\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll
JVM exited while loading the application."
When you run the "java -version" command the following error is shown:
"MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try re installing the program to fix the problem."
