2786710 - Translated Form labels are not reflected in Employee Profile

Form Label translated in a new language however, in Employee profile it still shows old translation

This is a known system behavior. It happens due to inconsistency between Employee Profile and Performance Management

From Employee Profile side, the rating label is set at the time the form is launched. The existing forms will retain the original labels regardless of the selected language.

This is designed keeping in mind the need of customers, as they want to see the original rating label of their forms.

So, Employee Profile does not translate the rating label for forms from other module like Performance Management.

As a workaround, use Performance History and other blocks from Talent Team as they read data from PM forms and have localization capability.
