2786783 - 'DeletedIndicator' Does Not Remove Sales Area from Business Partner via Integration


You are trying to remove sales data information from the account ABC (ABC represents the account ID) using the integration service interface 'BusinessPartnerReplicationIn' maintaining in the payload the below tag for sales arrangement information:


But when the integration occurs, the sales area that you expected to remove from Sales Data facet from the account ABC still is visible.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login the integration system (S4HANA, ERP, etc.).
  2. Open the account ABC.
  3. Mark the checkbox 'Del. ID Sales Area' for the sales area 123 (123 represents the sales area ID).
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Login the Cloud for Customer system.
  6. Go to the Customers work center.
  7. Go to the Accounts view.
  8. Open the account ABC.
  9. Go to the Sales Data facet.
  10. Sales area 123 still is available even with the payload sending the below information.



The 'DeletedIndicator' is flag that refers to the field 'Marked for Deletion'. The sales area which is marked for deletion does not disappear from the sales data list, it is only displayed as marked for deletion and the information is sent to sales documents deriving from the account ABC accordingly.
