2786878 - Unable to Import Payment Information Rules from Success Store

Import Payment Information Rules job fails when to import from Success Store.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Payment Information 

1. Go to Admin Center > Import and Export Data > Import Data.
2. Select Success Store tab
3. Select 1705+ Payment Information Rules and Import
4. Go to Monitor Job
5. Import Job fails

This is a defect and our engineering team is currently investigating this issue.

Engineering are currently investigating. Please track engineering updates by this KBA.

Workaround:

Use the attached Rule_PaymentInfo_standard.csv file and import manually. Note that UI rules and messages must already exists or imported in the system before importing the Rule file.

1. Go to Admin Center > Import and Export Data > Import Data
2. Select Generic Object: Rule
3. Browse the Rule_PaymentInfo_standard.csv file.
4. Validate then if there are no errors, Import.

Otherwise, do the following:

1. Go to to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central section of the help portal;
2. Click on "Implement" (in the left of the page);
3. Scroll down to Configuration;
4. Click on "Software Download Center";
5. Download Payment Information Configuration UI Files.

The Employee Central Payment Information Handbook has also been updated to reflect this.
