2786895 - 500 Internal Server Error in Enterprise Portal after SP upgrade

Symptom

  • After doing an SP update in NetWeaver 7.50, NetWeaver Administrator/User Admin returns 500 internal server error.
  • In the default trace file, we can see the following:
    [EXCEPTION]
    com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Could not create mapping from interface: com.sap.tc.ls.api.controls.ILSPortalPopupMenu to renderer: com.sap.tc.ls.renderer.ff1.LSPortalPopupMenuRenderer
    Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.tc.ls.api.controls.ILSPortalPopupMenu
