When trying to view Foundation Object such as Location in Manage Organisation, Pay and Job Structures and error is displayed with the fingerprint=

Employee Central - Foundation Objects

• This is caused by effective dating. The Foundation Object you are trying to view has another object associated to it in a record when that object does not yet exist.
• For example you have a Location X associated to a Legal Enity Y, on a record on the Location as of 01/01/1900.
• However, the Legal Enity Y's first record is 01/01/2010. This means the Legal Entity does not exist when the Location is trying to render the values in the 01/01/1900 record and will display the error with fingerprint=4fcd371a9894750aefe6fbe4ff089eeb2ed9a920  or 3b23b0483ab0c87402f91303b269ba197347ec42

• To resolve, you need to highlight the impacted values and correct either their start date to match the Foundation Object or Full Purge Import the Foundation Object so the dates match with the impacted values.
• To find the impacted values, you will need to run a Foundation Object Ad Hoc report for the Foundation Object. Filter on the impacted object and check the values of objects associated to it until you highlight the effective dated issue.
• Foundation object start date must be: from 01/01/1900 to 31/12/9999.
