2786950 - Missing SAP Note in SNOTE after importing it through Transport Request

While running SPAM to apply ST-PI, it fails in phase CHECK_REQUIREMENTS.

The SAP Note 1487337 was delivered by the Transport Request however could not be find in the system after import:

Prerequisite note corrections are not yet implemented
