2786975 - Error "Account Determination Group is Missing for Product Category" in Purchase Order Assigned to Project Type

Your goods recceipt does not post due to the error: Account Determination Group is Missing for Product Category.

Your goods receipt is created to purchase fixed asset.

In the related purchase order, the account assignment type is Project Task, and you already create individual material in the purchase order.

However, if the related purchase order has account assignment type as cost center with all others are the same, goods receipt is posted successfully to purchase the fixed asset.

If you specify project task account assignment type for an invoice item (invoice without purchase order), then by default no fixed asset of corresponding individual material is created. The same is true for the purchase order or goods receipt item itself - if using project task as the account assignment type, even when adding individual material, it will not post to the asset. However, when using cost centre as the assignment, it will. This is also mentioned in the documentation of Individual Materials and Acquisitions.

Please create a fixed asset manually and use the corresponding individual material in the purchase order with account assignment to project task in this scenario.
