2787006 - Error "File NOT Found" When Opening Fiori WDA Applications

When opening a Fiori App, for example those listed below, error "File NOT Found!" is shown on screen.

• Manage Purchasing Categories -> Create Purchasing Category
• Manage Evaluation Template -> Create Template

• Manage Bank Accounts - Bank Hierarchy View

When checking the Console tab in Browser Development Tools (F12), you can see error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (NOT FOUND)".
