What is the list of Offer Approval Standard Fields?

The Offer Approval Standard Fields list are presented in a table where you will have the Field Id and the Read/Write permission columns to indicate how each field will behave when mapped to the offer.

OBS: Please note that "R" states for "Read permission" and "W" states for "Write permission", and when you have "W" you will automatically have "R" as well.

Standalone Offer Fields like customString1-15, customLong1-10, customPicklist1-10 and customDate1-10 should follow standard field ID but it will be configured as custom="true".
